Gerry received his civil law degree (BCL) in 1981 and his common law degree (LLB) in 1982, both from McGill University. He has specialized in litigation and dispute resolution since 1983 appearing regularly in courts and administrative tribunals on a wide range of cases involving, among other things, contract, real estate, fiduciary duty, fraud, intellectual property, insolvency, employment, partnership, shareholder and corporate disputes.
