Jeff practises mainly in the fields of corporate, securities and commercial law with an emphasis on private venture capital financing, public company financing, mergers and acquisitions. Jeff also routinely advises investment dealers and other public market participants on registration and regulatory compliance matters. He is a graduate in Commerce from the University of British Columbia, and in law from the University of Victoria and was called to the British Columbia bar in 1994.
