Dana, a founding member of the firm, acts principally as counsel in securities, corporate, commercial and real estate matters. After graduating from the Universities of Toronto and British Columbia he was called to the British Columbia bar in 1987. He represents clients in civil matters before the Courts of British Columbia and on occasion before other Canadian courts. Dana regularly acts for investment dealers, persons licensed under Canadian securities legislation, public companies and other public market participants before securities regulatory tribunals, including provincial securities commissions, Canadian stock exchanges and the Investment Dealers Association. He also routinely advises investment dealers and other public market participants on matters of regulatory compliance.
